The contestants’ briefing for the Competition was held on Sunday, October 6 in the presence of Mr. Tadaaki Otaka, chairperson of the Panel of Judges, and Mr. Ken Takaseki, the judge.

 

The First Preliminary Round of the Competition will be held on October 7 and 8 at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall.
